Breakfast for Lunch

I didn't really eat anything that qualified as "lunch"...just a few bites of things all afternoon. So I'll post my delicious breakfast. Sprouted English muffin (Ezekiel 4:9), nitrate free ham, free-range organic egg, extra-sharp cheddar cheese. My "McMuffin" can kick McDonald's rear.

Those english muffins look good. Thanks for sharing all your healthy eats! We try to eat healthy, but are far from perfect.

they are so, so fabulous! ezekiel has 3 different ones....a great cinnamon raisin =)

Nourishing Traditions has a great section on fats and oils and I think you already have this book,right?
