Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1/2 cup butter, melted or softened
1/4 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4-1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2 cups zucchini, finely shredded
chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together except for chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. And then try not to eat the entire pan in one sitting.

good way to sneak in veggies.. but does zuchinni have any nutritional value???? hmmmmm

Can you buy zuchinni this time of year? There is a carton of buttermilk in the fridge that needs to be used. I think I better make a cake...
